{QOTW} What is Your Best Weight Loss Tip?

whitequestionmarkWelcome to the CSAHM “Question of the Week.” Please feel free to share your answers, ideas, or thoughts to the “Question of the Week” in the comments section below.

This weeks question:
What is your best weight loss tip?

I’m in the process of trying to lose weight, so I’m looking forward to hearing your weight loss tips this week!

My best weight loss tip right now is to do something everyday to help you move towards your weight loss goal. If you don’t have time to workout, then do a few sit ups at home or take a stroll around the block. If you don’t have time to journal what you ate, or count the calories that day, just do your best to make the best choices you can with food.

Please feel free to share your tips below!

  1. Chris says:

Make sure you drink 6 -8 glasses of water per day!

  2. CSAHM says:

Chris, that’s a great tip! Thank you for sharing!

  3. If you’re not a fan of just plain water, you could use fresh lemon to give it a little flavor. Also, you could keep your veggies and fruits already cut up and stored in the refrigerator ready for a quick snack.

  4. Mary Lutz says:

Limit the amount of sugar you consume daily to 15 grams or less. Not just actual table sugar but also read labels and count the grams in all the foods you eat. It will make a huge difference in how you feel and of course look :O)

  5. Joanna says:

Use a small plate for your meals. You’r eyes see a full plate so that helps and even if you get seconds, it’s probably only the amount of food you would have ate with one serving of a regular size plate, where as if you get seconds with a regular size plate you’ve really doubled your intake.
