{QOTW} How Do You Make Christmas More Meaningful?

whitequestionmarkWelcome to the CSAHM “Question of the Week.” Please feel free to share your answers, ideas, or thoughts to the “Question of the Week” in the comments section below.

This weeks question:
How do you make Christmas more meaningful?

I try to make Christmas more meaningful by limiting gifts (even to my kids!), serving more, giving more, and focusing on family activities.

We make serving others a high priority. Yesterday we joined with the Worship Ministry of our church to serve lunch at a homeless shelter and provide Christmas music for those present by the different choirs & groups from our church as well as our worship band. We also go visit homebound members of our church and local nursing homes on Christmas Eve and share communion with them.
