God is Always With You

There are times when you may feel as if you are alone. That happens to many people. It is not unlikely for a person to feel as if no one understands, no one gets it, or no one really cares. Feelings like this can lead one to feel very lonely and as if God really does not care; or is not there for you.

However, in Matthew 28:20, Jesus, tells us that He is with us always, even to the ends of the World. That means that He never leaves you! Why would He. He loves you with an unconditional love and knows that for Him to leave you would be like throwing you into a dangerous pit.

The Bible is full of scriptures that remind us that God is always there for us.

Genesis 28:15 says,

“ And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.” (KJV)

That means that whatever God has for you, He is there to help you finish it to completion. All it takes is for you to believe and receive!

If you are still in doubt, read, Deuteronomy 31:6 which says…

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (NIV)

Simply put, God is right there for you and He will never let you down. We let ourselves down when we place false hopes and dreams in the midst of the path God has for us.

God has a specific plan set for each one of us. When we don’t follow the plan, it may appear that He is not there. However, even in the midst of the mess we create, there is God making a way out of what seems to be no way.

No matter what you may feel, the fact remains that God is right there with you, through it all! There is nothing that man can do that will cause God to turn from you when you are obedient to His Word and call on your life.

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

So we say with confidence:

“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6 (NIV)

Following God may seem like a lonely road and in terms of people sometimes it is. However, in terms of a Father who has more love for you than the world over, it is never true. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
