Dear Daddy God,

Thank you for this day. What a blessing it is to wake on this morning to be with my family and in your presence! Hallelujah!

I am so grateful for the life you have given me and all the blessings as well. I also know that with these blessings come a great responsibility and I pray for Your guidance in all that I do on a daily basis, and I pray it all brings glory to You. Lord help me to be more kind, loving, and patient. Humble me Lord.

Lord I just want to say a special prayer for our new President, Barack Obama. So many times I say I’m going to pray for the President, but as You know I always forget to pray for him because I get wrapped up in my own needs and worries.

My prayer is for you to wrap Barack Obama and his family in your arms. I pray for you to protect them, provide for them, and guide them. Please guard their hearts. I pray for their days to be filled with Your truth, love, and great blessings! I pray for them to find comfort in Your presence, strength in Your Love, and guidance in Your Word! Lord I pray for You to lead them every step of the way through this journey.

Thank you Lord for being such a wonderful loving holy Father. Thank you for being everything I had ever wished, hoped, and prayed for. Thank you for today, Lord. I feel so blessed to be here and to have life today – here and now! Thank you for your provision and protection. Lord help me to embrace the little moments of today, the ones that truly matter.

I pray that everyone reading this prayer will have the opportunity to know who You truly are and experience the hope and love that you give to all who believe in Your son Jesus. I pray that all who do believe in You remember where authentic ETERNAL hope truly comes from! Thank You for your grace and mercy, how awesome that each day begins anew – a clean slate for all who believe in Your Son Jesus. Thank YOU Lord!
