About the Bible

Kids will dive deep into God’s word with the CEB Deep Blue Kids Bible. This engaging, interactive Bible offers four-color icons and illustrations throughout with a wealth of notes, devotionals, Bible trivia, and other interactive elements to capture inquisitive young minds. Plus the CEB Deep Blue Kids Bible will encourage a thirst for God’s timeless message as young readers join three life-like kids in discovering the Bible and what it means to their lives.

My Review

Even though my kiddos already have a regular Bible, when I received this Bible to review I knew it would be different. With it being very colorful and full of nice little extras like: the colorful characters and icons, the “bet you can” read this challenges, God’s Thoughts/My Thoughts, Life preservers, and so much more it really does help the Bible come alive. It also helps your children to understand the Bible even more, or can be a great tool for parents during family Bible Study time. One thing that stood out to me was a section called “life preserver” and in Genesis the “life preserver” section answers the question “What is a covenant?” Which is great because not a whole lot of kids know what a covenant is!

I absolutely LOVE The Deep Blue Kids Bible and think it would make a great Christmas present for any family that has little ones in the house!
