Excellent post and your advice is very sound. It can be so hard for WAHMs when people who don't understand that we're still professionals have the attitude that we're sitting home stuffing envelopes. I love your point about being a good role model for our children. Beautifully done!

I had so many people say the movie was scary. I didn't find it scary at all...suspenseful maybe but not scary. It's funny that I hated this movie so much but yet I still can't stop thinking about it. LOL. I'm still left figuring out how I feel about it. I know it was definitely stupid but for some reason my mind just keeps thinking about it over and over leaving me wondering if it wasn't so stupid. UGH I don't know. LOL

I am trying so hard to teach parents this same exact thing. Our website focuses on the bedtime routine and how important it is.
Often parents suddenly say "ok, it's bedtime, let's go". They don't realize this can start a very unsettling bedtime for their child.
Kids need an "adjustment period" to shift into the bedtime mode. Along with all the other great additions to their routine, they can be off to sleep in no time...calmly and happily.
Thanks!

Great blog post! You've presented some excellent suggestions for mothers looking into working from home, whether its on or offline. Educational consultant is definitely a great one! It does require a great amount of patience, and organization, but can also prove to be a very fulfilling part of a mother's day to day life.

Now, I'm an official Microsoft ambassador and right now we're really trying to scale up our connections with influential bloggers like yourself. I'd love to share with you some of the stuff we've been doing in the last couple months to help women entrepreneurs; we're really committed to providing all the necessary resources to help women start, grow and expand their business.

We just wrapped up a women's entrepreneurial tour across the US called “Vision To Venture;” the response and turn-out was great!

I'd really love your take on these offerings we have right now; I would have contacted you via email but I didn't know which was the best way to reach you.

Thank you so much, I hope I didn't overstep my bounds by directly contacting you. Definitely get back to me if I’ve piqued your interest-- I’d love to share more info with you.

Best,
Kimberly
