New Design + Survey

SO we have a new look! I think I like it! I was trying to go for a simple theme, not to colorful - but nice.
I really hope you all like it, and I am actually kind of curious as to what you all think of the CSAHM website all together so I created and on line survey so we can collect your feedback. It is an anonymous survey so you will not have to share your personal information at all!
