Sorry Mr. Storch But Your Effort is Just NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

September 19, 2007

Today I was informed that the CEO of Toys R Us is currently sending a letter out to concerned parents in regards to the recent Made in China toy recalls stating that they will take measures to place a recall section to their website and do some other half hearted “we can see through your stupid letter” attempts to try and convince parents that they are “safe” to spend money at their store, especially at Christmas.

I mean moms, seriously does adding a recall section to a website help make you feel safer? I mean adding a whole section dedicated to RECALLS makes me think hmmm…..so you are preparing for MORE recalls? I am sorry but this move is not enough and I have decided to join the movement to boycott made in china toys and that means Toys R Us will not be getting my business this Christmas. Yes, it is frustrating and I wish they would take a more aggressive approach to this whole ordeal.

If you are ready to see a change and you are sick and tired of toy recalls and you just want to be able to buy your kids toys without having to worry, then please visit www.NotChinaMade.net and join the movement to tell Toys R Us that their efforts are half hearted and if you don’t see some kind of move in the direction of doing more business with Made in USA toy makers then you will be doing your Christmas shopping elsewhere.

It’s time to let Toys R Us (and every other toy maker) know that our children’s health is more important than having the latest “must have toy”!

Join me today in sending a letter to the CEO of Toys R Us by going to the following link and downloading and sending this letter via “regular mail” letting him know that our children deserve safer toys!

Join the Movement Today!

And that IS the bottom line!
