Start a Moms Group with a Purpose
February 27, 2007
You know back when I started Moms Making a Difference my dream was to see moms everywhere taking an active role in their community via a moms group within their community. I would picture driving around town seeing signs everywhere announcing fundraiser garage sales hosted by moms who are making a difference! Yes I still have this dream, and that is why I started a free e-course called, you guessed it, “Start a Moms Group with a Purpose“!
So far we have 63 subscribers to this free e-course, and it is growing everyday! It just launched back in November, and it is far from being complete, but I have already received some positive feedback about the course! The most amazing thing to see is woman being motivated to start these groups within their community, and some have even mentioned they plan to approach their Pastor about starting a moms group with a purpose through the Church! God is so good! I believe God wants us to move up and out in our community, and be a role model for our children, and other moms whom we influence on a daily basis!
Starting this free e-course has truly been a blessing to me, and is blessed by God. If you feel your heart calling you to be an active participant within your community then I would like to invite you to join this free e-course “Start a Moms Group with a Purpose” and gain some ideas and knowledge on what it actually takes to start a moms group with a purpose! You may actually be surprised at the simplicity of the entire process!

How to Remove White Out From Your Three Year Olds Nails and Face!
February 20, 2007
Ok so the title of this post is pretty descriptive, eh?
Yeah so Isaac my three year old thought to himself tonight “Wouldn’t it be nice to take advantage of the fact that my mommy has simply forgotten that I am growing up and that I am tall enough to reach things on the air hockey table, like the white out she left out, and paint my nails?”, so he did, and my eight year old was kind enough to point out that it is “quick drying” white out none the less, LOL! SO I am sitting there at 9pm trying to remove the white out from his nails with no avail. I searched the internet and found nothing on this subject. So as I am trying out new things to remove the white out from his nails, then the light bulb went off in my head. I was thinking to myself that it was harder than removing nail polish, so I thought why not use some nail polish remover, and the white out came off like a charm!
So if your child ever takes advantage of the fact that you may have accidentally left some white out on the table, then just remember that nail polish remover works wonders in the removal of White Out!
